BOTOX
Softening expression lines while preserving a natural, rested appearance.
What is Botox?
Botulinum toxin type A is a prescription injectable treatment used to temporarily relax selected muscles that contribute to expression lines. Common treatment areas include the forehead, frown lines and the area around the eyes. It may also be considered for selected medical indications, such as excessive sweating, following medical assessment.
How does it work?
The treatment temporarily reduces nerve signals to the targeted muscles. The dose and injection pattern are planned individually, with the aim of softening lines while maintaining a natural expression.
Results and duration
Changes usually begin to appear within several days and continue to develop for up to two weeks. Duration varies between individuals and treatment areas. Maintenance may be discussed during follow-up.
Before treatment
A medical consultation is required to review your health history, medicines, goals and whether the treatment is suitable for you. You will receive individual aftercare instructions.
